The anti-capitalist satire of Swedish director Ruben Östlund’s “Triangle of Disappointment” has dominated the 2022 European Movie Awards, which obtained the highest prize and three others, whereas Spain’s Fernando León de Aranoa’s “The Good Patron” was topped Finest Comedy of the Yr.
Östlund, the 2017 winner of the EFA’s Finest Movie award for “The Sq.”, picked up the highest prize once more, along with Finest Director, Finest Screenplay, in addition to giving one among his actors, Croatian-Danish Zlatko Buric, the Finest Male Efficiency award.
His movie hit the screens after receiving the Palme d’Or on the Cannes competition.
